2. Information Updates: You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. One Account Per User: You may maintain only one account unless explicitly permitted by us.

2. Account Suspension/Termination
1. Our Right to Suspend/Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

2. Transaction Methods: Transactions can be executed through various methods including:

   • Manager's cheque
   • SWIFT payments
   • Wire transfer
3. Supported Cryptocurrencies: We reserve the right to add or remove support for any cryptocurrency at our discretion.
4. Supported Fiat Currencies: We reserve the right to add or remove support for any fiat currency at our discretion.
2. Transaction Fees
1. Fee Disclosure: Fees associated with transactions will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
2. Fee Payment: You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our Schedule of Charges.
3. Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform.
4. Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for any fees charged by third parties (e.g., banks) in connection with your use of our Services.
3. Transaction Limits
1. Limit Imposition: We may impose limits on the amount and frequency of transactions based on our risk management policies.
2. Limit Factors: These limits may be based on factors such as verification level, transaction history, and risk assessment.
3. Limit Changes: We reserve the right to change these limits at any time without prior notice.
4. Limit Increases: Users may request increases to their limits, which we may grant at our sole discretion.
4. Transaction Execution
1. Order Placement: By placing an order, you authorize us to execute the transaction on your behalf.
2. Order Matching: We will attempt to match your order with available counterparties.
3. Price Fluctuations: Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets, the final execution price may differ from the quoted price.
4. Transaction Confirmation: A transaction is only complete when confirmed by us and, where applicable, recorded on the relevant blockchain network.
5. Transaction Cancellation and Refunds
1. Cancellation by User: Once submitted, orders may not be cancelled by the user unless we have not yet matched the order.
2. Cancellation by DubaiOTC: We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we suspect it violates our Terms or applicable laws.
3. Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1. Resolution Process
1. Initial Contact: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting our customer support through Telegram.
2. Support Response: Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
3. Escalation: If our support team cannot resolve your issue, it will be escalated to our management team for further review.
2. Arbitration
1. Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
2. Arbitration Location: The arbitration will take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
3. Language: The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
4. Arbitrator's Decision: The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
5. Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs related to the arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
3. Class Action Waiver
1. Individual Capacity: You agree to bring any dispute against us solely in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
2. Class Arbitration: The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties
1. "As Is" Basis: Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
2. Limitation of Liability
1. Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
2. Direct Damages: Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
3. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

1. Platform Content: All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of DubaiOTC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
2. Trademarks: DubaiOTC and all related logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DubaiOTC.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2. Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 5, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Customer Verification: We conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify user identities.
2. Transaction Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of transactions to detect suspicious activities.
3. Reporting Obligations: Immediate reporting of any suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
4. Compliance: Adherence to international AML regulations to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
5. User Responsibility: By using DubaiOTC, you agree to comply with our AML policies. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination, and potential legal action.

Updates to This Policy: Our AML Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations. We encourage users to review this policy regularly.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and DubaiOTC concerning the Services.

2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

3. No Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
